Unity Health Center is led by Dr. Gabriela Chaviano, MD, a board-certified internal medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive care for adults. She specializes in managing both acute medical conditions and complex chronic diseases, ensuring personalized, high-quality treatment for each patient. With a patient-centered approach, Dr. Chaviano prioritizes building strong, trusting relationships and empowering individuals to take an active role in their health and well-being.
 

Dr. Chaviano earned her medical degree from Rowan University Cooper Medical School in 2016 and has since dedicated her career to delivering high-quality, compassionate care. She has a special interest in preventative medicine, helping patients make informed lifestyle choices to improve their well-being and reduce the risk of chronic illness. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is committed to making healthcare accessible and inclusive for the diverse communities she serves.
